The newsletter is the official bulletin of the Friends of Libraries in Oklahoma, Inc., a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to provide information and assistance to strengthen libraries in Oklahoma through Friends of Libraries. It is published quarterly and mailed to members, public libraries and Friends of Libraries groups.
